Still there are some matters you need to deal with when you are leaving your property for a short or longer period of time.
- Who is checking your property when you are not there? Who is taking care of your monthly bills?
- Who is checking after storm or other possible damaging factors? And who is taking action for repair or solving the problem?
Who will arrange and check all necessary actions locally if you want to let your property to others?
- How do you take care of welcoming your renters, transferring the key, take care of cleaning, etc.?
Art-Öz can offer you the possibility to manage your property without any worry at all.
Because each situation is different, we go into all matters with you how to deal with your personal wishes.
In general we offer the following basic packages.
Management package € 29,00 monthly.
- Each month thorough check of your property. Inside and outside! Report will be sent by e-mail.
- Your object will be ventilated once a month at least.
- Your property will be checked extra with extreme circumstances.
- Water and electricity bills will be payed in time monthly.
- If there is any damage to your property, repair will be carried out and reported to you.
To let package € 20,- per case.
- Welcoming your tenants, transfer of the keys, guiding around and checking last meter positions of water and electricity counter.
- Cleaning your property. Per case € 35 (apartment)
- € 70 (villa)
- Service for cleaning sheets and towels. Price on request.
Extra and general service.
- Transfer from or to the airport (Antalya) with a maximum of 150 kilometer, € 60.- per transfer for 1- 6 persons.
- Breakfast package ready on your arrival, € 10.-. For each person extra € 6.- will be charged.
- Special wishes by mutual agreement
